Manole Iorga helped the player get up and apologised. Victor Măguran charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victor Măguran the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th match minute, Riciu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Măguran to maneuver through the defense. Costel Ciorănescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florin Burdujan having to interfere. Cornel Leluțiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iustinian Urdăreanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rareș Udurbac, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, Paul Dobrotă reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Iustinian Urdăreanu. The goal made the score 1-0. Paul Dobrotă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Riciu getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Lucian Blajovici hit a great ball. Florin Burdujan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornel Leluțiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. The supporters of Riciu booed when catalin35 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcu Arseanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Costel Ciorănescu made the kick off in the second half. 1-1 became the score in the 52nd minute when Cornel Leluțiu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Iustinian Urdăreanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rareș Udurbac in the 57th minute of the match. Moise Orădan hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in catalin35's zone, Iulian Zbârcea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florin Burdujan came out of the goal and Iulian Zbârcea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st match minute, Riciu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucian Blajovici to maneuver through the defense. Costel Ciorănescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Rareș Udurbac had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iustinian Urdăreanu. Riciu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rareș Udurbac was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 80th minute, Cornel Leluțiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st minute Costel Ciorănescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florin Burdujan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicu Mincă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iustinian Urdăreanu having to interfere. After 95 minutes, Lucian Blajovici mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Riciu and the catalin35 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lucian Blajovici kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Riciu players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for catalin35.
