If Petrică Ioniță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Porcusorii Atomici getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Eugen Constantinescu hit a great ball. Eugen Constantinescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Toader Cazan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pavel Peptan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 20 played minutes Porcusorii Atomici got a freekick which was hit by Paul Huțupan. In the game's 21st minute criss team's Valeriu Drogoreanu took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Corneliu Coposu and thus the score was 0-1. When Eugen Constantinescu came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Porcusorii Atomici fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugen Constantinescu couldn't finish the play. The supporters of criss team booed when Porcusorii Atomici was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandru Chirițescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pavel Peptan struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Corneliu Coposu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for criss team. Petrică Ioniță received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Corneliu Coposu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugen Constantinescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Toader Cazan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eugen Constantinescu ran back to his position shaking his head. Eugen Constantinescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Petrică Ioniță was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Horia Măcrinici was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Porcusorii Atomici's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave criss team the free kick. After a rather tough play, Porcusorii Atomici's Horia Măcrinici got a free kick in the 51st minute. If Petrică Ioniță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nae Moșoiu came free in the 69th minute and tried to tip the ball over Toader Cazan, but to the joy of criss team's supporters the ball went over. In the 77th minute, Petrică Ioniță fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Corneliu Coposu, passed just outside the right post. Corneliu Coposu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pavel Peptan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 82 minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, Valeriu Drogoreanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Corneliu Coposu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Porcusorii Atomici's Nae Moșoiu got a free kick in the 95th minute.
