Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tazlaul FC's Iustinian Negulici started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee felt a red card was in order, 4 minutes into the game, when Gigi Condeescu put in a rough tackle. Ionel Cerghizan hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Nicolae Oroian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionel Tonegaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferdinand Ganea hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, Tazlaul FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcu Deliman came free, but Ilie Costandache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ilie Costandache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernest Pelin, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After 22 minutes of play, Telefonul fara fir's Ernest Pelin made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ilie Costandache was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Marcu Deliman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcu Deliman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the match, Tazlaul FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcu Deliman came free, but Ilie Costandache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernest Pelin in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ilie Costandache saved Tazlaul FC from getting behind. Nicolae Oroian made an important save on a dangerous shot by George Dinculescu in the 45th minute. Nicolae Oroian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Dinculescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ernest Pelin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcu Deliman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 51stth minute tested the skills of Ilie Costandache when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Marcu Deliman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Ilie Costandache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolae Oroian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Aliuta in the 56th minute of the match. Nicolae Oroian came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Tazlaul FC's Anton Aliuta. But to his dismay, Anton Aliuta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Ilie Costandache made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcu Deliman in the 62nd minute. 1-4 became the score in the 64th minute when Ernest Pelin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 68th minute, Moise Damian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcu Deliman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Ilie Costandache when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tazlaul FC's Ilie Costandache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernest Pelin in the 75th minute of play. Moise Damian hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The supporters of Tazlaul FC booed when Telefonul fara fir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Răzvan Manea didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, George Dinculescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tazlaul FC's supporters rose to their feet, but George Dinculescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolae Oroian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicolae Oroian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Dinculescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Nicolae Oroian came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Tazlaul FC's George Dinculescu. But to his dismay, George Dinculescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling George Dinculescu in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicolae Oroian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ovidiu Marian kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After 91 played minutes Tazlaul FC got a freekick which was hit by George Dinculescu. With his leg Ilie Costandache managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Telefonul fara fir's Marcu Deliman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marcu Deliman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Ilie Costandache made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernest Pelin in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ilie Costandache prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Telefonul fara fir supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Telefonul fara fir would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
