TurboNewTeam's Luca Puișoru got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albert Condrea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cătălin Ţurcaş in the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Octavian Pencu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Condrea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luca Puișoru scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Albert Condrea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Albert Condrea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Pantea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of TurboNewTeam booed when KONG FUZI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristi Hârlab didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albert Condrea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Pantea in the 26th minute of play. With a little luck, TurboNewTeam's Dorel Gheorghiu got control of the ball when Doru Hârlab tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, TurboNewTeam's Albert Pantea got a free kick in the 32nd minute. KONG FUZI FC's Mihai Hâncu shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 33rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dorel Gheorghiu but with some difficulty. After 37 played minutes TurboNewTeam got a freekick which was hit by Cătălin Ţurcaş. In the 39th minute, Cătălin Ţurcaş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Luca Puișoru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Vintilă Arghirescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teodor Ispas to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Marian Blaga kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Albert Condrea. That made the score 0-2 in the 51 minute of play.
