Cosmin Spirea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Sângeorzan in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th match minute, FC Baia Mare was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vali Pancu to maneuver through the defense. FC Baia Mare's Cosmin Spirea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rareș Becheanu in the 59th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eduard Diaconu in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gheorghe Beligan saved Architects from getting behind. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Sângeorzan couldn't finish the play. Architects's Gheorghe Beligan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduard Diaconu in the 90th minute of play. Gheorghe Beligan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduard Diaconu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute Nichifor Gugea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gheorghe Beligan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
