The supporters of FC Oaia Becaliana booed when Giroc All StarS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Costel Hurezeanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Liviu Mugur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 7 minutes into the game, Costel Hurezeanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Giroc All StarS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Oaia Becaliana the free kick. Costel Hurezeanu kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Liviu Mugur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Abrudan in the 8th minute of play. Giroc All StarS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 48 minutes into the match, Giroc All StarS's goal looked a bit too open when Gică Tufescu came free, but Liviu Mugur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eliodor Gheorghiță to make the kick off.
