After 2 played minutes FC POLI got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Mihalcea. Irinel Crivac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Cosmin Macrea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Irinel Crivac managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Victoria Bordusani's supporters rose to their feet, but Irinel Crivac was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cosmin Macrea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francisc Cojocaru kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. FC Victoria Bordusani's Alin Covrig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolae Vâlcu in the 24th minute of play. Alin Covrig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolae Vâlcu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolae Vâlcu in the 29th minute of play forced FC Victoria Bordusani's goalkeeper Alin Covrig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calistrat Harbuz in the 33rd minute of play forced FC POLI's goalkeeper Cosmin Macrea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cosmin Macrea came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Victoria Bordusani's Calistrat Harbuz. But to his dismay, Calistrat Harbuz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Irinel Crivac kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The FC POLI players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Victoria Bordusani were winning 0-1.

Vlad Ardeleanu struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Cosmin Macrea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Victoria Bordusani. Cosmin Macrea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Irinel Crivac in the 59th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Avram Achimescu during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, FC POLI's Mihai Ţiţeica tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Avram Achimescu hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Alin Covrig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Bâru in the 74th minute of play. Vlad Ardeleanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Cosmin Macrea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute Adam Bâru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alin Covrig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of FC Victoria Bordusani booed when FC POLI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Mihalcea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Irinel Crivac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Irinel Crivac managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Victoria Bordusani's supporters rose to their feet, but Irinel Crivac was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When the match was over FC Victoria Bordusani could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC POLI throughout the match.
