Spectators: 6716 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ovidiu Zorlescu kicked off to start the match. Remus Manciulea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Cristoloveanu's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. A collision led to Soca getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Eduard Darabonț hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Cristoloveanu in the 12th minute of play forced Soca's goalkeeper Remus Manciulea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute of the match, Ovidiu Zorlescu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cornel Botea was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cornel Botea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabin Baicu in the 15th minute of play. Remus Manciulea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Ştati in the 17th minute of play. Remus Manciulea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Cristoloveanu in the 18th minute of the match. Vladestii's Cornel Botea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidiu Zorlescu in the 21st minute of play. Cornel Botea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidiu Zorlescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After 24 minutes of play, Vladestii's Marian Golumbean made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remus Manciulea was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vladestii's Cornel Botea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Vladestii from getting a goal against them. Adam Nedelea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cornel Botea having to make a save. 31 minutes into the match, Toader Brăescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Remus Manciulea. Soca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Toader Brăescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 40th minute, Toader Brăescu made a precise shot to the right of Remus Manciulea. Soca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After the first half Vladestii were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when David Cristoloveanu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidiu Zorlescu in the 59th minute of play forced Vladestii's goalkeeper Cornel Botea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Marian Golumbean hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Toader Brăescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Toader Brăescu succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 67th playminute. If Sabin Baicu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Soca's Sabin Baicu in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vladestii's goalie prevented a goal. 77 minutes into the match, Vladestii's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidiu Zorlescu came free, but Cornel Botea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cornel Botea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabin Baicu in the 78th minute of play. Ovidiu Zorlescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornel Botea having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Vladestii's zone, Sabin Baicu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cornel Botea came out of the goal and Sabin Baicu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cornel Botea came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Soca's Ovidiu Zorlescu. But to his dismay, Ovidiu Zorlescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Vladestii had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
