An unexpectedly hard shot by Niculae Chiliman in the 20th minute of play forced Fc Racari's goalkeeper Silviu Zdrelea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Corneliu Dejeu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fc Racari's supporters rose to their feet, but Corneliu Dejeu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tudor Floroiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 28 minutes, Marian Badea made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. MK3 Club's Tudor Floroiu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Virgil Gogu struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Silviu Zdrelea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MK3 Club. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Fc Racari's goalkeeper Silviu Zdrelea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fc Racari's Silviu Zdrelea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niculae Chiliman in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Niculae Chiliman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Virgil Gogu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MK3 Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgil Gogu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Niculae Chiliman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Silviu Zdrelea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niculae Chiliman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 64 minutes into the match, MK3 Club's Virgil Gogu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silviu Zdrelea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tudor Floroiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corneliu Dejeu, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 68th match minute, MK3 Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurel Filip to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Fc Racari booed when MK3 Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurel Filip didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute Corneliu Dejeu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tudor Floroiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fc Racari's Silviu Zdrelea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgil Gogu in the 80th minute of play. If Corneliu Dejeu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, MK3 Club's Flavius Isvoreanu got a free kick in the 85th minute. Corneliu Dejeu struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Silviu Zdrelea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niculae Chiliman in the 93rd minute of the match. Fc Racari's Silviu Zdrelea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niculae Chiliman in the 96th minute of play.
