Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marcu Sbârcea kicked off to start the match. FC PESCARII's Costin Mincu got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vali Blăniță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinand Ştefulescu having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Nevesteasca's George Alexandru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ferdinand Ştefulescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. George Alexandru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Ferdinand Ştefulescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Nevesteasca fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Nevesteasca's Vali Blăniță looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dacian Ilarie's late challenge caught a Nevesteasca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dacian Ilarie helped the player get up and apologised. 24 minutes into the match, Vali Blăniță notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of FC PESCARII's Ferdinand Ştefulescu. Ferdinand Ştefulescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 27 played minutes Nevesteasca got a freekick which was hit by Vali Blăniță. Costin Mincu might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mugur Lucescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Costin Mincu ran back to his position shaking his head. Ferdinand Ştefulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Alexandru in the 32nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling George Alexandru in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ferdinand Ştefulescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. George Alexandru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dacian Ilarie hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. George Alexandru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the game, Vali Blăniță cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Ferdinand Ştefulescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcu Sbârcea in the 56th minute of play forced Nevesteasca's goalkeeper Mugur Lucescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mugur Lucescu came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by FC PESCARII's Costin Mincu. But to his dismay, Costin Mincu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. FC PESCARII's Ferdinand Ştefulescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vali Blăniță in the 65th minute of play. Vali Blăniță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinand Ştefulescu having to interfere. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC PESCARII's goalkeeper Ferdinand Ştefulescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vali Blăniță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferdinand Ştefulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Alexandru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vali Blăniță received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Ferdinand Ştefulescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dacian Ilarie kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. If George Alexandru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
