The FC Voința Buzau fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vlad Ghișe should have stopped the shot. Irinel Hârlab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlad Ghișe having to interfere. If Virgil Curăreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 23 minutes of play, Dos Hermanas's Ciprian Cârneci made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vlad Ghișe was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 27 minutes, Ciprian Cârneci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dos Hermanas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciprian Cârneci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Irinel Hârlab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciprian Cârneci struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Vlad Ghișe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dos Hermanas. Virgil Curăreanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlad Ghișe having to interfere. When Ciprian Cârneci came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Dos Hermanas fans jumped to their feet. Ciprian Cârneci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute, Irinel Hârlab hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aristide Azamfirei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute Silviu Albeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ştefan Archiudean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Dos Hermanas were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Ciprian Cârneci made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Voința Buzau's goalkeeper Vlad Ghișe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Ciprian Cârneci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dinu Cojan hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. When Silviu Albeanu got free in front of the goal in the 62nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Ştefan Archiudean was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Ciprian Cârneci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Dinu Cojan fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Voința Buzau's protests and gave Dinu Cojan a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Dos Hermanas booed when FC Voința Buzau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dinu Cojan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vlad Ghișe didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 67th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciprian Cârneci got free with Vlad Ghișe in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to FC Voința Buzau getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Silviu Albeanu hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Voința Buzau's zone, Ciprian Cârneci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vlad Ghișe came out of the goal and Ciprian Cârneci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With 81 minutes on the clock, Șerban Baran commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Irinel Hârlab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlad Ghișe having to interfere. Vlad Ghișe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciprian Cârneci in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th match minute, FC Voința Buzau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliodor Baniu to maneuver through the defense. Ciprian Cârneci took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vlad Ghișe. Vlad Ghișe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Ciprian Cârneci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Vlad Ghișe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dos Hermanas played a much better game than FC Voința Buzau and deserved their victory. The FC Voința Buzau players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
