Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mihai Huțupan got the match started through his kick off. Octav Manciulea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Horațiu in the 5th minute of the match. Barbosu FC's Codrin Urdeş proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Barbosu FC from getting a goal against them. Codrin Urdeş didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ştefan Grindeanu went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Fabian Damian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute Mihai Huțupan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octav Manciulea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ştefan Grindeanu during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sohodolu CSS's Ştefan Grindeanu got a free kick in the 26th minute. Barbosu FC's Cazimir Miclauș couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 26th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sohodolu CSS. Octav Glodeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Octav Manciulea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudiu Trifu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mihai Huțupan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Radu Roşoga charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Radu Roşoga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Octav Manciulea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Damian, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Costică Costea took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Octav Manciulea. Octav Manciulea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Claudiu Trifu made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Barbosu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octav Glodeanu to maneuver through the defense. Codrin Urdeş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurențiu Finteșteanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Mihai Huțupan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octav Manciulea having to interfere. Codrin Urdeş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudiu Trifu in the 59th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Sohodolu CSS's goalkeeper Octav Manciulea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mihai Huțupan. Adrian Horațiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Costică Costea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octav Manciulea having to interfere. If Avram Trăiloiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Costică Costea came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Barbosu FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Costică Costea couldn't finish the play. Adrian Horațiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octav Manciulea having to interfere. Costică Costea struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Octav Manciulea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barbosu FC. Barbosu FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
