Liviu Borăscu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Uncu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Narcis Cumpan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Real Madrid C.F's Bogdan Dumitrana seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bogdan Dumitrana the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Real Madrid C.F protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bogdan Dumitrana had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Real Madrid C.F's Valer Posteucă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horea Oloieru in the 19th minute of play. When Liviu Borăscu came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Real Madrid C.F fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Liviu Borăscu couldn't finish the play. In the 24thth minute of the game Horea Oloieru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Madrid C.F's Valer Posteucă was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Max team FC's Narcis Cumpan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Uncu in the 27th minute of play. After 30 minutes, Costin Zdrobău mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Max team FC and the Real Madrid C.F players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Real Madrid C.F booed when Max team FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Costin Zdrobău didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Valer Corcoveanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Madrid C.F's supporters rose to their feet, but Valer Corcoveanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Narcis Cumpan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Liviu Borăscu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horea Oloieru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manuel Mărăscu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valer Posteucă having to interfere. After the first half Max team FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Horea Oloieru to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Real Madrid C.F's goal looked a bit too open when Horea Oloieru came free, but Valer Posteucă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valer Posteucă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horea Oloieru in the 63rd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Horea Oloieru took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Valer Posteucă to make any attempt to save it. In the 70th minute, Liviu Borăscu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee ignored Max team FC's protests and gave Horea Oloieru a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Max team FC's Horea Oloieru got a free kick in the 78th minute. When Liviu Borăscu came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Real Madrid C.F fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Liviu Borăscu couldn't finish the play. If Liviu Borăscu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
