Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nechifor Calciu got the match started through his kick off. Aurelian Nisipeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Cazimir Ghimiș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Călin Bistreanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nechifor Calciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mihăiţă Nebunu kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. If Nechifor Calciu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 18 minutes, Nechifor Calciu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cringurile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nechifor Calciu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aurelian Nisipeanu hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Aurelian Nisipeanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Costel Constantin struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Cazimir Ghimiș didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VIITORUL BUZAU. In the 28th minute, Nechifor Calciu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Narcis Andronic recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Narcis Andronic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Aurelian Nisipeanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. VIITORUL BUZAU's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurelian Nisipeanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cazimir Ghimiș breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Costel Constantin came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the VIITORUL BUZAU fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Costel Constantin couldn't finish the play. Aurelian Nisipeanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cazimir Ghimiș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelian Nisipeanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Costel Constantin made the kick off in the second half. Narcis Andronic recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Narcis Andronic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Călin Bistreanu having to interfere. Aurelian Nisipeanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Călin Burtescu fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cringurile's protests and gave Călin Burtescu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of VIITORUL BUZAU booed when Cringurile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Călin Burtescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mihăiţă Nebunu during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mihăiţă Nebunu kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Călin Burtescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Călin Bistreanu having to interfere. With a little luck, Cringurile's Cazimir Ghimiș got control of the ball when Aurelian Nisipeanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Cazimir Ghimiș successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Narcis Andronic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Călin Bistreanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
