Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Irinel Gioagă kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute Niculae Bobeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aron Filimon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When George Iulian fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. Ripensia Primavera's protests and gave George Iulian a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, F.C. Ripensia Primavera's George Iulian got a free kick in the 5th minute. Niculae Bobeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Aron Filimon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Irinel Gioagă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. George Iulian who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Aurel Ganea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Aron Filimon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niculae Bobeanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The supporters of F.C. Ripensia Primavera booed when Ortisoara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valer Deliman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the match, F.C. Ripensia Primavera's Petre Ciolacu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 47 played minutes Ortisoara got a freekick which was hit by Răzvan Butuc. Aurel Ganea made an important save on a dangerous shot by George Iulian in the 51st minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mihăiţă Drăgan to strike the kick off in the second half. Aron Filimon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mihăiţă Drăgan's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Mihăiţă Drăgan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aron Filimon having to interfere. A hard shot 65 in the game by Niculae Bobeanu from a close distance when the talented Aron Filimon managed to make a qualified save. F.C. Ripensia Primavera's players were relieved. Ortisoara's Aurel Ganea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Iulian in the 78th minute of play. F.C. Ripensia Primavera's Aron Filimon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save F.C. Ripensia Primavera from getting a goal against them. Aurel Ganea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Irinel Gioagă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. George Iulian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurel Ganea having to interfere. Aurel Ganea came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C. Ripensia Primavera's George Iulian. But to his dismay, George Iulian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The supporters of Ortisoara booed when F.C. Ripensia Primavera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihăiţă Todoran didn't get a good kick on the ball.
