After the first half APF ONESTI were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Brânzeu to strike the kick off in the second half. APF ONESTI's Albert Pânzaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horaţiu Voitiş in the 94th minute of play. After a rather tough play, APF ONESTI's Răzvan Stanca got a free kick in the 96th minute.
