In the 43rd minute, Alex Papaiani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Leontin Cimpoieru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marius Mitică to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Glimbocelu booed when F.C. CEAHLAUL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Constantiniu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remus Șofran was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 56th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Marius Mitică had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rareș Radovan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the game, Glimbocelu's Iulian Şoltuz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bogdan Teodoreanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Lăzărescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Alexandru Lupoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bogdan Teodoreanu having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Felix Lăzărescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Glimbocelu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Glimbocelu's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
