An unexpectedly hard shot by Isac Hogaș in the 8th minute of play forced Arheo-Logik's goalkeeper Mădălin Alupoaie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dinu Agudin in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mădălin Alupoaie, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 12 minutes into the game, Radu Dinulescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arheo-Logik's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C. Anina Banat the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of Arheo-Logik:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of F.C. Anina Banat:s goal. Albert Scutaru walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Vintilă Iftode hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 18th minute of the game. One of Arheo-Logik:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of F.C. Anina Banat:s goal. The referee gave F.C. Anina Banat a penalty, 19 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Albert Scutaru, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Arheo-Logik's Mădălin Alupoaie. 1-0. 24 minutes into the match, Isac Hogaș dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mădălin Alupoaie, 2-0. If Dinu Agudin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Vintilă Iftode hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Isac Hogaș came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the F.C. Anina Banat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isac Hogaș couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute of the match Albert Scutaru sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mădălin Alupoaie skillfully saved the ball. If Sorin Săndulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petruț Dășanu in the 44th minute of play forced F.C. Anina Banat's goalkeeper Gavril Blajovici to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sorin Săndulescu came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Arheo-Logik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sorin Săndulescu couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Petruț Dășanu to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Petruț Dășanu rounded F.C. Anina Banat's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. In the 56th minute, Panait Mirea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Sorin Săndulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavril Blajovici was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Petruț Dășanu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Petruț Dășanu really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. If Sorin Săndulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the F.C. Anina Banat defense, Sorin Săndulescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gavril Blajovici. The F.C. Anina Banat fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gavril Blajovici should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Dinu Agudin managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. Anina Banat's supporters rose to their feet, but Dinu Agudin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mădălin Alupoaie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 77 played minutes F.C. Anina Banat got a freekick which was hit by Isac Hogaș. Sorin Săndulescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavril Blajovici having to interfere. If Sorin Săndulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 86th play minutes Isac Hogaș shot 3-3, a short shot which went by Mădălin Alupoaie and just under the crossbar into goal. Gavril Blajovici made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Sorin Săndulescu sent off a good shot on target. Petruț Dășanu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gavril Blajovici came out and tried to block the shot, but Petruț Dășanu slotted it home off the left post making it 3-4 in the 91st minute. A collision led to Arheo-Logik getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Vintilă Iftode hit a great ball. The Arheo-Logik supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Arheo-Logik would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
