Spectators: 7476 (Terracing: 5608, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dorel Burdulea started the match with the kick off. Remus Miclauș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maxim Scripcaru in the 5th minute of the match. Leontin Corbu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorel Burdulea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dorel Burdulea in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leontin Corbu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 14thth minute of the game Dorel Burdulea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SErioXul's Leontin Corbu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Laurențiu Braru kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Remus Miclauș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornel Grozăvescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. If Eliodor Ponor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, SErioXul's goal looked a bit too open when Dorel Burdulea came free, but Leontin Corbu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eric Vochin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Remus Miclauș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maxim Scripcaru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Remus Miclauș having to make a save. In the 29th minute, Sebastian Dragomir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remus Miclauș came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by SErioXul's Eric Vochin. But to his dismay, Eric Vochin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Dorel Burdulea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Leontin Corbu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SErioXul's Leontin Corbu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save SErioXul from getting a goal against them.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maxim Scripcaru to make the kick off. In the 57th match minute, SErioXul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maxim Ignătescu to maneuver through the defense. If Eric Vochin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Maxim Scripcaru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eric Vochin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in METAXA's zone, Eric Vochin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remus Miclauș came out of the goal and Eric Vochin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Maxim Scripcaru managed to get in a good position for a shot. SErioXul's supporters rose to their feet, but Maxim Scripcaru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remus Miclauș breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of METAXA booed when SErioXul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maxim Scripcaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dorel Burdulea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leontin Corbu having to interfere. If Maxim Scripcaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Dorel Burdulea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When METAXA's Dorel Burdulea in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SErioXul's goalie prevented a goal.
