Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iacob Vâlcu started the match with the kick off. Valeriu Crașovan kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Rareș Răuţă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ionut's Nicu Micescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iacob Vâlcu in the 14th minute of play. The supporters of Bodea AS booed when Ionut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavril Cercelescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ionut's Nicu Micescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iacob Vâlcu in the 18th minute of play. Emil Tache's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicu Micescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd match minute, Bodea AS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Petcu to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the game, Viorel Dijmărescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bodea AS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ionut the free kick. The supporters of Ionut booed when Bodea AS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viorel Dijmărescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emil Tache in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicu Micescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 32 minutes, Alin Iureș managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ionut's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alin Iureș was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emil Tache in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicu Micescu saved Ionut from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nae Adam during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Bodea AS booed when Ionut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nae Adam didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iacob Vâlcu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicu Micescu having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alin Iureș to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 50th minute, Romeo Petcu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bodea AS's supporters rose to their feet, but Romeo Petcu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicu Micescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ionut's Nicu Micescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iacob Vâlcu in the 64th minute of play. Dacian Gurzău showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rareș Răuţă in the 70th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sandu Codru during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Alin Iureș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicu Micescu came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Bodea AS's Iacob Vâlcu. But to his dismay, Iacob Vâlcu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Romeo Petcu's late challenge caught a Ionut's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romeo Petcu helped the player get up and apologised. Romeo Petcu hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute of the match Romeo Agrigoroaiei sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dacian Gurzău skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iacob Vâlcu in the 90th minute of play forced Ionut's goalkeeper Nicu Micescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Bodea AS's Iacob Vâlcu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicu Micescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the final whistle went the supporters of Bodea AS were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Ionut side.
