Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Răzvan Uncheşelu got the match started through his kick off. Sebastian Bîlbă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 6 minutes, Rareș Răuţă managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ionut's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rareș Răuţă was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anton Nițulescu hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Alin Iureș recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Ionut getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Nae Adam hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, Rareș Răuţă fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Răzvan Uncheşelu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicu Micescu having to interfere. Răzvan Uncheşelu struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Nicu Micescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zont FC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alin Iureș in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adam Suşu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rareș Răuţă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alin Iureș's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adam Suşu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Rareș Răuţă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Adam Suşu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 1-0 became the score in the 31st minute when Rareș Răuţă elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Mihnea Zdrenghea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Zont FC booed when Ionut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcu Vasiloiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nae Adam's late challenge caught a Zont FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nae Adam helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ionut's Nae Adam got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Răzvan Uncheşelu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Nicu Micescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Valer Ailincai fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zont FC's protests and gave Valer Ailincai a yellow card for diving instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alin Iureș made a kick off. The supporters of Zont FC booed when Ionut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nae Adam didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anton Nițulescu charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anton Nițulescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Zont FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Anton Nițulescu hit a great ball. Ionut's Rareș Răuţă got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alin Iureș might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adam Suşu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alin Iureș ran back to his position shaking his head. Sebastian Bîlbăs short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Nicu Micescu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 74th minute, Zont FC's Sebastian Bîlbă ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nicu Micescu. Nicu Micescu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. Răzvan Uncheşelu charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Răzvan Uncheşelu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpected shot in the 82nd minute by Răzvan Uncheşelu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Răzvan Uncheşelu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicu Micescu having to interfere. Nicu Micescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Șerban Marian in the 95th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ionut had won after a very even match.
