Alens Becker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rareș Mihăileanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niculae Isvoreanu charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niculae Isvoreanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 9 played minutes Dinamo Triaj got a freekick which was hit by Niculae Isvoreanu. Anton Ciocâltea struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Alens Becker didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cilnicesti CS. A collision led to Dinamo Triaj getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Ionică Antohi hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the game, Dinamo Triaj's Efrain Joseph nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mugur Vâlcu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Rareș Mihăileanu's late challenge caught a Dinamo Triaj's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rareș Mihăileanu helped the player get up and apologised. Efrain Joseph struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Mugur Vâlcu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dinamo Triaj. With a little luck, Dinamo Triaj's Alens Becker got control of the ball when Martin Vlăsiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mugur Vâlcu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Joseph in the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute of the match, Rareș Mihăileanu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alens Becker saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Efrain Joseph had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mugur Vâlcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Efrain Joseph in the 33rd minute of play. Efrain Joseph blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mugur Vâlcu having to make a save. In the 37th minute, Efrain Joseph got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th minute, Felix Levința hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 40 minutes into the match, Dinamo Triaj's goal looked a bit too open when Francisc Remus came free, but Alens Becker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Dinamo Triaj's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Radu Ciompec fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After the first half Dinamo Triaj were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisc Remus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Rareș Mihăileanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alens Becker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Efrain Joseph received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Mugur Vâlcu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Efrain Joseph recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Efrain Joseph got free with Mugur Vâlcu in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Efrain Joseph managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dinamo Triaj's supporters rose to their feet, but Efrain Joseph was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mugur Vâlcu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Flavius Săndoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cilnicesti CS's Mugur Vâlcu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Cilnicesti CS from getting a goal against them. In the 66th minute, Efrain Joseph reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mugur Vâlcu. The goal made the score 0-2. Efrain Joseph sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A sloppy throw-in by Cristi Encescu in the 72nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Dinamo Triaj's Niculae Isvoreanu. Efrain Joseph fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mugur Vâlcu having to interfere. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cilnicesti CS's goalkeeper Mugur Vâlcu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 79th minute, Efrain Joseph left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dinamo Triaj fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 83rd minute, Cilnicesti CS's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Efrain Joseph fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Avram Săliştean blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mugur Vâlcu having to make a save. Rareș Mihăileanu was shown his second yellow card after 86 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Efrain Joseph who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Mugur Vâlcu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 91 played minutes Cilnicesti CS got a freekick which was hit by Francisc Remus. 94 minutes into the match, Cilnicesti CS's goal looked a bit too open when Avram Săliştean came free, but Mugur Vâlcu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Efrain Joseph recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Cilnicesti CS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Dinamo Triaj were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
