Spectators: 7658 (Terracing: 5800, Seating: 1778, VIP seats: 80) FC Micsunia's Viorel Dancu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 5th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Viorel Dancu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but George Stejaru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Pacuraru in the 22nd minute of play forced FC National's goalkeeper George Stejaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Emanuel Curteanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute, Viorel Dancu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. David Răica hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Eusebiu Păstrăv made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viorel Dancu in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg George Stejaru saved FC National from getting behind. After 75 played minutes FC Micsunia got a freekick which was hit by Viorel Dancu. George Stejaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viorel Dancu in the 79th minute of play. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Micsunia! FC Micsunia:s Dan Jupân showed great skill when he stopped Aurel Martinescu:s penalty. The crowd rose to their feet as Aurel Martinescu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dan Jupân. That made the score 2-1 in the 83 minute of play. If Gabriel Pacuraru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Yader Patiño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 91st minute, Yader Patiño got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Yader Patiño fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Micsunia's protests and gave Yader Patiño a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th match minute, FC Micsunia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yader Patiño to maneuver through the defense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Micsunia had played much better football throughout.
