Spectators: 7542 (Terracing: 5792, Seating: 1600, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Corneliu Crăcană started the match with the kick off. Laurențiu Gheție took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gică Leahu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laurențiu Gheție showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Burghelea, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute, Horaţiu Runcu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 9 minutes, Francisc Vârlan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RADA and the Cirjoani players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Cirjoani booed when RADA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisc Vârlan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute, Basarab Huțanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iulian Simuţ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In a very dangerous position, a player in RADA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 18th minute. Penalty! Horaţiu Runcu lost his temper 46 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cirjoani! When the match had been going on for 48 minutes, RADA's Alin Achiriloaie got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Laurențiu Gheție. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iulian Simuţ to make the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Alex Sălcudeanu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Alex Sălcudeanu made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Iulian Simuţ sent off a good shot on target. When Gheorghe Alecu fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cirjoani's protests and gave Gheorghe Alecu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 60th match minute, Cirjoani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gheorghe Alecu to maneuver through the defense. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute Gică Leahu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurențiu Gheție saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute of the match RADA got a corner. Cirjoani's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alin Achiriloaie ran over to the corner to take the kick. A very nice done corner allowed Corneliu Crăcană to score against Laurențiu Gheție in Cirjoani's goal. 2-0 after 73 minutes. If Corneliu Crăcană had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Avram Botea fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RADA's protests and gave Avram Botea a yellow card for diving instead. Avram Botea hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute, Martin Burghelea made a precise shot to the right of Laurențiu Gheție. Cirjoani's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Corneliu Crăcană took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Laurențiu Gheție. Laurențiu Gheție dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0.
