Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute, Sandu Savin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, RADA's Sandu Savin got a free kick in the 9th minute. After a defensive mix-up in RADA's zone, Costin Măgură stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Sălcudeanu came out of the goal and Costin Măgură tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. RADA's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Nae Rădvan 23 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Avram Botea struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Iurie Burghelea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RADA. If Nae Rădvan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in RADA's zone, Nae Rădvan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Sălcudeanu came out of the goal and Nae Rădvan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivan Nisipeanu got free with Alex Sălcudeanu in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Cotormany's zone, Corneliu Crăcană stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iurie Burghelea came out of the goal and Corneliu Crăcană tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute, Constantin Doicaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Costin Măgură received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Alex Sălcudeanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Corneliu Crăcană's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iurie Burghelea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Gică Leahu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Iurie Burghelea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Avram Botea's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Iurie Burghelea firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 63 minutes, Corneliu Crăcană mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RADA and the Cotormany players grew even worse after the yellow card. 64 minutes into the match, RADA's goal looked a bit too open when Vali Sfetcu came free, but Alex Sălcudeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stelian Băbescu during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of RADA booed when Cotormany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stelian Băbescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. RADA's Alin Achiriloaie shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 67th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Iurie Burghelea but with some difficulty. In the 69th match minute, RADA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alin Achiriloaie to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute of the match Sabin Ozon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alex Sălcudeanu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Cotormany booed when RADA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Corneliu Crăcană didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute Vali Sfetcu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Sălcudeanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Corneliu Crăcană in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iurie Burghelea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 85th minute, Avram Botea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 93rd match minute, RADA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radu Dragotescu to maneuver through the defense. 94 minutes into the match, Cotormany's Sabin Ozon broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. RADA succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Cotormany had controlled the match.
