Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aurel Ciocoiu started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes, Iordache Bujor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Steaua Bucuresti and the Campina players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Steaua Bucuresti's Iordache Bujor got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Iulian Urducea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vintilă Bidulescu in the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th minute Augustin Ceaușescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iulian Urducea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Steaua Bucuresti's goal looked a bit too open when Vintilă Bidulescu came free, but Iulian Urducea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iulian Urducea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augustin Ceaușescu in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute Ionuț Cândroveanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iulian Urducea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ionuț Cândroveanu took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iulian Urducea. Iulian Urducea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Steaua Bucuresti's Aurel Ciocoiu in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Campina's goalie prevented a goal. In the 19th minute of the match, Iordache Bujor got a very nice opportunity to score, but Evaristo Argina was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Evaristo Argina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurel Ciocoiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Campina booed when Steaua Bucuresti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nae Popeangă didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ionuț Cândroveanu took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iulian Urducea. Iulian Urducea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Ionuț Cândroveanu came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Campina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ionuț Cândroveanu couldn't finish the play. 30 minutes into the match, Steaua Bucuresti's goal looked a bit too open when Augustin Ceaușescu came free, but Iulian Urducea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Steaua Bucuresti getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Valentin Iurașcu hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Lucian Achifoaiei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute, Vintilă Bidulescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iulian Urducea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ionuț Cândroveanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Vintilă Bidulescu notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Steaua Bucuresti's Iulian Urducea. Iulian Urducea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vintilă Bidulescu to strike the kick off in the second half. Lucian Achifoaiei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaristo Argina having to interfere. 53 minutes into the match, Steaua Bucuresti's goal looked a bit too open when Vintilă Bidulescu came free, but Iulian Urducea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute, Aurel Ciocoiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Augustin Ceaușescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Iulian Urducea made a huge save. Pompiliu Nițescu kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Leontin Ghionaru charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leontin Ghionaru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 62nd minute, Șerban Miclescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 64 minutes, Filip Buciuman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Steaua Bucuresti and the Campina players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 64 played minutes Steaua Bucuresti got a freekick which was hit by Filip Buciuman. With a little luck, Steaua Bucuresti's Iulian Urducea got control of the ball when Augustin Ceaușescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Iordache Bujor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evaristo Argina. Campina's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iordache Bujor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Iulian Urducea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vintilă Bidulescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 75 played minutes Vintilă Bidulescu rounded Steaua Bucuresti's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-4. Evaristo Argina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iordache Bujor in the 79th minute of play. Iulian Urducea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narcis Tonegaru in the 82nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iordache Bujor in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evaristo Argina saved Campina from getting behind. Iulian Urducea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ionuț Cândroveanu in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Campina's goal looked a bit too open when Iordache Bujor came free, but Evaristo Argina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Steaua Bucuresti fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Campina were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
