Lucrețiu Aronescu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Ernest Budianu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Petruț Liviu charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. That made the score 2-0 in the 36 minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Berbesul's goalkeeper Ernest Budianu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucrețiu Aronescu. Ernest Budianu made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Lucrețiu Aronescu sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Paul Răuţă made the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Petruț Liviu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC DNI's Emil Bărbuceanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Berbesul getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Paul Răuţă hit a great ball. Ciprian Răduț fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernest Budianu having to interfere. Lucrețiu Aronescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Berbesul's Ernest Budianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciprian Răduț in the 62nd minute of play. Ernest Budianu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciprian Răduț in the 66th minute of play. Ernest Budianu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucrețiu Aronescu went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 73rd minute of the match Vlad Saşca sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ernest Budianu skillfully saved the ball. Paul Răuţă in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emil Bărbuceanu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
