Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gencalp Özcebe in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cornel Stana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FuRaCiOsUl's Cornel Stana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gencalp Özcebe in the 45th minute of play. Cornel Stana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charilaos Triantafyllou, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

The crowd rose to their feet as Doxa Beregsau Mare's Bert Van Boxstael slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cornel Stana. That made the score 1-8 after 72 minutes of play. Gencalp Özcebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the game, Gencalp Özcebe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-9. Cornel Stana was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, FuRaCiOsUl's Cornel Stana got control of the ball when Charilaos Triantafyllou tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Charilaos Triantafyllou got free with Cornel Stana in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 89th minute, Petru Baciu made a precise shot to the right of Cornel Stana. FuRaCiOsUl's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-10. In the 95th minute, Charilaos Triantafyllou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Doxa Beregsau Mare left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FuRaCiOsUl.
