After 4 played minutes fc.zarnesti.brasov got a freekick which was hit by Denis Neaga. Fabian Turcescu made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Dragoş Măgură sent off a good shot on target. After 11 minutes, Răzvan Tatu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the fc.zarnesti.brasov and the FC CETATE DEVA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 12 played minutes fc.zarnesti.brasov got a freekick which was hit by Răzvan Tatu. Dragoş Măgură took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabian Turcescu. Fabian Turcescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The audience was convinced that Eric Zburliş's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gigel Șeimeanu was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. In the 21st minute, FC CETATE DEVA's Ernest Grecescu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fabian Turcescu. Fabian Turcescu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. The corner led to FC CETATE DEVA's Constantin Cristoloveanu getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The supporters of FC CETATE DEVA booed when fc.zarnesti.brasov was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iulian Stroie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabian Turcescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cătălin Turcu in the 29th minute of the match. After 30 played minutes fc.zarnesti.brasov got a freekick which was hit by Denis Neaga. A hard shot by Kaj Bogren from long distance, 31 minutes into the match, got Fabian Turcescu's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Fabian Turcescu was a little too slow when Ernest Grecescu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 3-0. The FC CETATE DEVA fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when FC CETATE DEVA's Ernest Grecescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Dragoş Măgură took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Fabian Turcescu to make any attempt to save it. Cătălin Turcu might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabian Turcescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cătălin Turcu ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cătălin Turcu got free with Fabian Turcescu in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 46 minutes into the match, Dragoş Măgură had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabian Turcescu. fc.zarnesti.brasov's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dragoş Măgură was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eric Zburliş made a kick off. When Eric Zburliş fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored fc.zarnesti.brasov's protests and gave Eric Zburliş a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, fc.zarnesti.brasov's Eric Zburliş got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 56th minute, Constantin Cristoloveanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabian Turcescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Fabian Turcescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dragoş Măgură in the 61st minute of the match. After 62 played minutes fc.zarnesti.brasov got a freekick which was hit by Răzvan Tatu. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Dragoş Măgură managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC CETATE DEVA's supporters rose to their feet, but Dragoş Măgură was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabian Turcescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 64 played minutes fc.zarnesti.brasov got a freekick which was hit by Pompiliu Seremet. 66 minutes into the match, fc.zarnesti.brasov's goal looked a bit too open when Ernest Grecescu came free, but Fabian Turcescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 minutes of play, FC CETATE DEVA's Dragoş Măgură made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabian Turcescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! 71 minutes into the match, Dragoş Măgură notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of fc.zarnesti.brasov's Fabian Turcescu. Fabian Turcescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cătălin Turcu took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabian Turcescu. Fabian Turcescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. Fabian Turcescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dragoş Măgură went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. In the 82nd minute, Ivan Bălan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute Ernest Grecescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Turcescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. fc.zarnesti.brasov's Fabian Turcescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dragoş Măgură in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Răzvan Tatu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes into the match, Dragoş Măgură had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabian Turcescu. fc.zarnesti.brasov's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dragoş Măgură was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-0.
