Spectators: 5003 (Terracing: 4001, Seating: 1001, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eidvilas Sauliūnas kicked off to start the match. FC Smūgis's Eugenijus Ratkevičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eidvilas Sauliūnas in the 4th minute of play. Benediktas Zubauskas charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benediktas Zubauskas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC.sNukki- getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Benediktas Zubauskas hit a great ball. Herman Eriksson hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Eugenijus Ratkevičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rūtenis Tomkūnas in the 15th minute of play. Saulius Daktaras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benediktas Zubauskas kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When Saulius Daktaras came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the FC.sNukki- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saulius Daktaras couldn't finish the play. Emílio Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaldas Dundulis having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Saulius Daktaras cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Eugenijus Ratkevičius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the FC.sNukki- defense, Herman Eriksson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evaldas Dundulis. The FC.sNukki- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evaldas Dundulis should have stopped the shot. In the 47th minute Eidvilas Sauliūnas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenijus Ratkevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The FC.sNukki- players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Smūgis were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Herman Eriksson to strike the kick off in the second half. FC Smūgis's Eugenijus Ratkevičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eidvilas Sauliūnas in the 54th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eidvilas Sauliūnas in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugenijus Ratkevičius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Evaldas Dundulis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herman Eriksson's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. FC.sNukki-'s Evaldas Dundulis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save FC.sNukki- from getting a goal against them. After 65 played minutes FC Smūgis got a freekick which was hit by Alfonsas Danusevičius. Virginijus Mileška hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. If Saulius Daktaras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eidvilas Sauliūnas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenijus Ratkevičius having to interfere. Evaldas Dundulis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kuzman Dakovski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eidvilas Sauliūnas took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugenijus Ratkevičius. Eugenijus Ratkevičius dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 91st minute Saulius Daktaras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenijus Ratkevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Smūgis's goalkeeper Eugenijus Ratkevičius, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rūtenis Tomkūnas's late challenge caught a FC Smūgis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rūtenis Tomkūnas helped the player get up and apologised. FC Smūgis's Jarūnas Širvinskas was substituted for Valdas Amontas. The supporters of FC Smūgis booed when FC.sNukki- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rūtenis Tomkūnas didn't get a good kick on the ball.
