FC BeaM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Biržai the free kick. In the 9th match minute, FC BeaM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klemensas Inda to maneuver through the defense. Gvidonas Barzda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Harry Butters went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to FC Biržai getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Irtautas Bakštys hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FC BeaM's Raimondas Rindzevičius got a free kick in the 17th minute. After 18 played minutes, FC Biržai's Motiejus Ramanauskas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gvidonas Barzda came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Biržai reached it. 20 minutes into the match, FC BeaM's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Butters came free, but Gvidonas Barzda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Harry Butters's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gvidonas Barzda was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. 29 minutes into the match, FC Biržai's goalkeeper Konstantinas Bernotas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ugnius Abukauskas. FC Biržai's Konstantinas Bernotas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Biržai from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Harry Butters during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Harry Butters kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. FC Biržai's Konstantinas Bernotas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klemensas Inda in the 35th minute of play. When Harry Butters came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the FC Biržai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Harry Butters couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, FC BeaM's Raimondas Rindzevičius got a free kick in the 40th minute. Arvydas Garbužas hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC BeaM's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Motiejus Ramanauskas was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Biržai's players had a chance to rest. 46 minutes into the match, FC Biržai's goal looked a bit too open when Klemensas Inda came free, but Konstantinas Bernotas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gvidonas Barzda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jotautas Butautas's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Harry Butters made the kick off in the second half. Harry Butters received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Gvidonas Barzda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gvidonas Barzda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emilio Giardini in the 54th minute. Gvidonas Barzda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Butters, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Harry Butters came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the FC Biržai fans jumped to their feet. In the 60th minute, Jotautas Butautas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gvidonas Barzda. The goal made the score 0-2. After having played for 71 minutes, Ugnius Abukauskas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC BeaM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ugnius Abukauskas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Harry Butters recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to FC BeaM getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Arvydas Garbužas hit a great ball. Motiejus Ramanauskas made a great header on FC Biržai's corner, it was just that FC BeaM's Gvidonas Barzda managed to reach the ball for a save. After having played for 79 minutes, Jotautas Butautas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Biržai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jotautas Butautas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Harry Butters received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Gvidonas Barzda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jotautas Butautas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Gvidonas Barzda when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gvidonas Barzda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Butters, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Arvydas Garbužas charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arvydas Garbužas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 93 played minutes FC BeaM got a freekick which was hit by Arvydas Garbužas. After a defensive mix-up in FC BeaM's zone, Emilio Giardini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gvidonas Barzda came out of the goal and Emilio Giardini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 97th minute of the match, Harry Butters tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gvidonas Barzda saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. FC Biržai played a much better game than FC BeaM and deserved their victory. The FC BeaM players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
