Spectators: 6794 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1794, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kristijonas Deniušis got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in FC Ursus's zone, Eligijus Karalius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vakaris Pukelis came out of the goal and Eligijus Karalius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gintautas Bakaitis charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gintautas Bakaitis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Galvydiske fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 13th minute. Penalty! Vakaris Pukelis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dinaras Nausėda in the 18th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Deividas Galvelis made a precise shot to the right of Adolfas Nakčiunas. Galvydiske's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Adolfas Nakčiunas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristijonas Deniušis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Galvydiske's Eligijus Karalius got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Antanaitis got free with Vakaris Pukelis in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kristijonas Deniušis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Adolfas Nakčiunas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Giedrius Kiela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Vakaris Pukelis managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Galvydiske's Giedrius Kiela fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Daumantas Alvinskas hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Adolfas Nakčiunas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deividas Galvelis in the 40th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Galvydiske's Giedrius Kiela sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vakaris Pukelis narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eligijus Karalius to make the kick off. Eligijus Karalius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eligijus Karalius succeeded in the game's 65th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. The audience was convinced that Eligijus Karalius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vakaris Pukelis was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. After 73 played minutes, Galvydiske's Tomas Antanaitis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vakaris Pukelis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Ursus's goalkeeper Vakaris Pukelis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eligijus Karalius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Vakaris Pukelis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd match minute, FC Ursus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dangiras Damskis to maneuver through the defense.
