In the 45th minute Aldas Badauskas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Motiejus Miknys saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hubertas Smailys stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Klemensas Kuliešius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Motiejus Miknys having to interfere. The supporters of FK Stariske booed when FK Bulius was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irtautas Astrauskas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Motiejus Miknys showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldas Badauskas, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 59 minutes into the match, FK Bulius's goal looked a bit too open when Agatas Mikuckis came free, but Motiejus Miknys reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aldas Badauskas in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Motiejus Miknys saved FK Bulius from getting behind. Laimonas Janulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kajus Balvočius having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Aldas Badauskas managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Stariske's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldas Badauskas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Motiejus Miknys breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Motiejus Miknys stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aldas Badauskas's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Hubertas Smailys's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kajus Balvočius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FK Bulius's zone, Agatas Mikuckis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Motiejus Miknys came out of the goal and Agatas Mikuckis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 89 minutes into the match, FK Bulius's Hubertas Smailys sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kajus Balvočius narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 90 minutes into the match, FK Stariske's goalkeeper Kajus Balvočius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Laimonas Janulis. Motiejus Miknys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldas Badauskas in the 92nd minute of play. Aldas Badauskas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Motiejus Miknys having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FK Stariske had played much better football throughout.
