Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aldas Jurgėla started the match with the kick off. Airūnas Blažys kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. FC Lepishkyay's Albertas Mileikis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrikas Adomavičius in the 9th minute of play. Orestas Astrauskas charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orestas Astrauskas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Orestas Astrauskas hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Albertas Mileikis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rimas Bartašius in the 16th minute of the match. Henrikas Adomavičius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albertas Mileikis having to interfere. Bang for the Buck's Henrikas Adomavičius got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Rimas Bartašius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rimas Bartašius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Albertas Mileikis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henrikas Adomavičius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albertas Mileikis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Lepishkyay's zone, Henrikas Adomavičius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albertas Mileikis came out of the goal and Henrikas Adomavičius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Bang for the Buck booed when FC Lepishkyay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldas Jurgėla didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner led Bang for the Buck's Kristupas Deveikis to fire away a dangerous shot which Albertas Mileikis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Rimas Bartašius notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Lepishkyay's Albertas Mileikis. Albertas Mileikis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henrikas Adomavičius to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henrikas Adomavičius in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albertas Mileikis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 56 minutes, Henrikas Adomavičius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bang for the Buck's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrikas Adomavičius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henrikas Adomavičius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albertas Mileikis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. If Rimas Bartašius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Albertas Mileikis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rimas Bartašius in the 67th minute. A collision led to FC Lepishkyay getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. If Aldas Jurgėla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Margiris Utkevičius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
