Ričardas Opulskis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juozapas Bulzgis in the 10th minute. FC Kiukiskiai's Juozapas Bulzgis got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 19 played minutes Laimutis Asauskas rounded FC RIM&SON's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Vakaris Jurkus put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Žygimantas Bankauskas. Vakaris Jurkus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Žygimantas Bankauskas having to make a save. When Ąžuolas Bagdžiūnas fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Kiukiskiai's protests and gave Ąžuolas Bagdžiūnas a yellow card for diving instead. Ąžuolas Bagdžiūnas kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. FC Kiukiskiai's Žygimantas Bankauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augustas Andrulis in the 36th minute of play. Augustas Andrulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Žygimantas Bankauskas having to interfere. Žygimantas Bankauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vakaris Jurkus in the 43rd minute of play. Bernardas Damanskas kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Jogaila Dališanskis kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Ričardas Opulskis came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Kiukiskiai's Juozapas Bulzgis. But to his dismay, Juozapas Bulzgis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Juozapas Bulzgis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laimutis Asauskas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Ričardas Opulskis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC RIM&SON's Augustas Andrulis was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 63rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 67 minutes into the game, FC RIM&SON's Vakaris Jurkus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Žygimantas Bankauskas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5. 2-6 became the score in the 70th minute when Augustas Andrulis elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Vakaris Jurkus hit a great ball. Artūras Grigaliūnas charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Artūras Grigaliūnas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Žygimantas Bankauskas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustas Andrulis, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. When Astijus Narkūnas fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Kiukiskiai's protests and gave Astijus Narkūnas a yellow card for diving instead. After 83 played minutes FC Kiukiskiai got a freekick which was hit by Astijus Narkūnas. 84 minutes into the match, FC Kiukiskiai's goalkeeper Žygimantas Bankauskas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vakaris Jurkus. Žygimantas Bankauskas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustas Andrulis, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After 86 minutes, Laimutis Asauskas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Kiukiskiai and the FC RIM&SON players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 86 played minutes FC Kiukiskiai got a freekick which was hit by Laimutis Asauskas. 89 minutes into the match, FC Kiukiskiai's goal looked a bit too open when Augustas Andrulis came free, but Žygimantas Bankauskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Vakaris Jurkus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC RIM&SON fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-7. FC RIM&SON played a much better game than FC Kiukiskiai and deserved their victory. The FC Kiukiskiai players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
