Spectators: 7828 (Terracing: 5872, Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 156) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dinaras Burkys took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dinaras Burkys fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Žygimantas Vilčinskas having to interfere. In the 8th minute, Jarūnas Abakas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Žygimantas Vilčinskas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Dinaras Burkys struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Žygimantas Vilčinskas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK Šiauliai. Augustas Račas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18thth minute of the game Jarūnas Abakas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Walking Dead's Žygimantas Vilčinskas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Žygimantas Vilčinskas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jarūnas Abakas went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Jarūnas Abakas managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Šiauliai's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarūnas Abakas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Žygimantas Vilčinskas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th minute Jarūnas Abakas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Žygimantas Vilčinskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dinaras Burkys in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Žygimantas Vilčinskas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 38 minutes into the match, Walking Dead's goal looked a bit too open when Dinaras Burkys came free, but Žygimantas Vilčinskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Egidijus Kožukauskas's late challenge caught a FK Šiauliai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Egidijus Kožukauskas helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Walking Dead fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 39th minute. Penalty! Žygimantas Vilčinskas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Palšis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute, Dinaras Burkys made a precise shot to the right of Žygimantas Vilčinskas. Walking Dead's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emilis Banaitis to make the kick off. Dinaras Burkys might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Žygimantas Vilčinskas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dinaras Burkys ran back to his position shaking his head. Žygimantas Vilčinskas made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Jonas Palšis sent off a good shot on target. In the 65th minute of the match, Dinaras Burkys got a very nice opportunity to score, but Žygimantas Vilčinskas was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Jarūnas Abakas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dinaras Burkys didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-4 via right post in the game's 69th minute. FK Šiauliai's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! In the 72nd match minute, FK Šiauliai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tautrimas Sabulis to maneuver through the defense. If Jarūnas Abakas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79thth minute of the game Jarūnas Abakas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Walking Dead's Žygimantas Vilčinskas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Dinaras Burkys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Walking Dead getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Emilis Banaitis hit a great ball. Žygimantas Vilčinskas was a little too slow when Jarūnas Abakas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 0-5. If Jarūnas Abakas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the final whistle sounded FK Šiauliai left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Walking Dead.
