Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benas Mikalauskas in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aras Pocevičius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Benas Mikalauskas put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Aras Pocevičius. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benas Mikalauskas in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aras Pocevičius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 27th minute Beržas Vitkauskas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aras Pocevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Abshtaynen FC defense, Vincentas Dačys kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vakaris Bagdonas. The Abshtaynen FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vakaris Bagdonas should have stopped the shot. After having played for 39 minutes, Vincentas Dačys managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Dyrzh's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vincentas Dačys was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Beržas Vitkauskas in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aras Pocevičius saved FK Dyrzh from getting behind. Vincentas Dačys hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Darius Pipiras stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Darius Pipiras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Abshtaynen FC's Konstantinas Kimbartas got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Aras Pocevičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beržas Vitkauskas in the 58th minute of play. In the 72ndth minute of the game Beržas Vitkauskas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FK Dyrzh's Aras Pocevičius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the FK Dyrzh defense, Benas Mikalauskas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aras Pocevičius. The FK Dyrzh fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aras Pocevičius should have stopped the shot. Vakaris Bagdonas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darius Pipiras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benas Mikalauskas got free with Aras Pocevičius in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, FK Dyrzh's Tadas Žiemelis got a free kick in the 96th minute. The Abshtaynen FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented FK Dyrzh from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
