Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marijus Lapeika took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute, Erlandas Gureckas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Linas Gerulskis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ligitas Indila in the 5th minute of play. Linas Gerulskis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adomas Nenortas in the 6th minute of the match. Naglis Songaila charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Naglis Songaila the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Lybiskia's Naglis Songaila got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 13th minute Mindaugas Smilgys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daugirdas Kurtinaitis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vaidotas Raubickas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Linas Gerulskis firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a little luck, Lybiskia's Linas Gerulskis got control of the ball when Vaidotas Raubickas tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 26 minutes Lybiskia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Adomas Nenortas who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Adomas Nenortas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Linas Gerulskis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Vaidotas Raubickas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adomas Nenortas got free with Linas Gerulskis in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd match minute, Sipeliai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adomas Nenortas to maneuver through the defense. Vaidotas Raubickas charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 38th match minute, Lybiskia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renatas Tvirbutas to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Adomas Nenortas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sipeliai's supporters rose to their feet, but Adomas Nenortas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Linas Gerulskis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lybiskia's Linas Gerulskis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ligitas Indila in the 41st minute of play. Linas Gerulskis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ligitas Indila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute Adomas Nenortas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Linas Gerulskis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Vaidotas Raubickas made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Lybiskia's goal looked a bit too open when Ligitas Indila came free, but Linas Gerulskis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 52nd match minute, Lybiskia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marijonas Vaitiekaitis to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute Adomas Nenortas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Linas Gerulskis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Sipeliai getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Vaidotas Raubickas hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marijus Lapeika got free with Daugirdas Kurtinaitis in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marijus Lapeika fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daugirdas Kurtinaitis having to interfere. A collision led to Lybiskia getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Renatas Tvirbutas hit a great ball. In the 61st minute, Adomas Nenortas made a precise shot to the right of Linas Gerulskis. Lybiskia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Daugirdas Kurtinaitis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marijus Lapeika in the 71st minute. After 72 minutes of play, Sipeliai's Ligitas Indila made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Linas Gerulskis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Linas Gerulskis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ligitas Indila, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Marijus Lapeika fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daugirdas Kurtinaitis having to interfere. Sipeliai's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Mindaugas Smilgys scored to the left of an out of position Daugirdas Kurtinaitis, making the score, 2-1. After 94 played minutes Lybiskia got a freekick which was hit by Šarūnas Gužauskas. Sipeliai's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
