Thanks to some nice moves Skirmantas Barvainis could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Vakaris Damanskas however easily saved by the left post. In the 25th minute, Zpoone's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Skirmantas Barvainis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 28 minutes into the game, Dušan Ileš recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vakaris Damanskas. Dušan Ileš showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The supporters of ManUnited LT booed when Zpoone was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artūras Jasinskas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 99th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zpoone's goalkeeper Vakaris Damanskas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ManUnited LT had played much better football throughout.
