In the 10th minute, Salah el Din Idris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yousef Bakri charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yousef Bakri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Yousef Bakri hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Croydon AFC's Fouad Malik slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Moneer Zayed. That made the score 2-0 after 14 minutes of play. Moneer Aziz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Moneer Zayed made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafiq Qudamah in the 27th minute of play forced Croydon AFC's goalkeeper Hamad Muwaffaq to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moneer Zayed was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Qasim Ahsan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Qasim Ahsan really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Moneer Zayed showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moneer Aziz, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ibrahim Maymun during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. During the 82nd minute of the match Ibrahim Maymun completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ibrahim Maymun a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 83 played minutes RUBIN UNITED FC got a freekick which was hit by Ibrahim Maymun. Moneer Zayed made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qasim Ahsan in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Croydon AFC's Moneer Aziz got a free kick in the 87th minute. Diya Muzzammil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moneer Zayed having to interfere. 93 minutes into the game, Croydon AFC's Moneer Aziz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Moneer Zayed made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. There was no doubt that Croydon AFC were the better team. Croydon AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
