Spectators: 5294 (Terracing: 4222, Seating: 1067, VIP seats: 5) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Paris Marinos started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes of play, Asteras Fc's Spyros Xilas made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Panos Rapsomanikis was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 15th minute of the match Aimilios Tsifoutis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bican Mert showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Panos Rapsomanikis made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Spyros Xilas sent off a good shot on target. Panos Rapsomanikis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paris Marinos's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Spartans's goal looked a bit too open when Paris Marinos came free, but Panos Rapsomanikis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Paris Marinos took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Panos Rapsomanikis to make any attempt to save it. 31 minutes into the game, Spartans's Nikos Bistis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bican Mert made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 36th minute, Paris Marinos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Panos Rapsomanikis. The goal made the score 4-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paris Marinos in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Panos Rapsomanikis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paris Marinos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Spyros Xilas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Asteras Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Spyros Xilas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Panos Rapsomanikis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nikos Bistis to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Asteras Fc booed when Spartans was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fondas Darlas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Spartans's goal looked a bit too open when Paris Marinos came free, but Panos Rapsomanikis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Spyros Xilas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Panos Rapsomanikis was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Paris Marinos took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Panos Rapsomanikis. Panos Rapsomanikis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. In the 67th minute, Spyros Xilas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Panos Rapsomanikis was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. 70 minutes into the game, Asteras Fc's Spyros Xilas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Panos Rapsomanikis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. After 74 minutes of play, Asteras Fc's Spyros Xilas made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Panos Rapsomanikis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Panos Rapsomanikis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paris Marinos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paris Marinos in the 85th minute of play forced Spartans's goalkeeper Panos Rapsomanikis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, Spyros Xilas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Filip Kazimierz notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of Spartans's Panos Rapsomanikis. Panos Rapsomanikis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Spyros Xilas in the 94th minute of play forced Spartans's goalkeeper Panos Rapsomanikis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Spartans's goalkeeper Panos Rapsomanikis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Asteras Fc players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
