The audience thought a goal was coming when Stamatis Anatolakis got free with Tasos Panagopoulos in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute, Panagiotis Karastamatis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Perνlepton's Kosmas Nikolaidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktoras Dourekas in the 39th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Viktoras Dourekas to strike the kick off in the second half. If Viktoras Dourekas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kosmas Nikolaidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavlos Kaminaridis in the 58th minute of play. Kosmas Nikolaidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viktoras Dourekas in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Perνlepton's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Panagiotis Karastamatis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some careless play in the Sisa FC defense, Notis Mavrakoglou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tasos Panagopoulos. The Sisa FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tasos Panagopoulos should have stopped the shot. In the 84th minute, Viktoras Dourekas made a precise shot to the right of Kosmas Nikolaidis. Perνlepton's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Viktoras Dourekass short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Kosmas Nikolaidis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
