Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Theofilos Kelpekis kicked off to start the match. Theofilos Kelpekis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Panos Saitiotis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Iason Kareklopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sermenνkon's supporters rose to their feet, but Iason Kareklopoulos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thomas Bartzos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute, Mikron Peristerion BC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Iason Kareklopoulos fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Grigoris Theofilidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Panos Saitiotis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Theofilos Kelpekis managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 16th minute, Grigoris Theofilidis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Sermenνkon defense, Grigoris Theofilidis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Panos Saitiotis. The Sermenνkon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Panos Saitiotis should have stopped the shot. Iason Kareklopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Thomas Bartzos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Mikron Peristerion BC's zone, Vaggelis Botsis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Bartzos came out of the goal and Vaggelis Botsis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41stth minute of the game Grigoris Theofilidis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sermenνkon's Panos Saitiotis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 44 played minutes Mikron Peristerion BC got a freekick which was hit by Theofanis Mitropoulos. Vaggelis Botsis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Thomas Bartzos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iason Kareklopoulos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Sermenνkon's Iason Kareklopoulos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thomas Bartzos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 55 played minutes Mikron Peristerion BC got a freekick which was hit by Lakis Anthoulis. After recieving a nice pass, Sermenνkon's Iraklis Karezis tried to score from far away in the 56th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, Vaggelis Botsis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thomas Bartzos. Mikron Peristerion BC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vaggelis Botsis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 64th minute, Fondas Fragakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grigoris Theofilidis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Panos Saitiotis having to make a save. When Sermenνkon's Vaggelis Botsis in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mikron Peristerion BC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iason Kareklopoulos in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thomas Bartzos saved Mikron Peristerion BC from getting behind. In the 74th minute, Iason Kareklopoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 77 played minutes Sermenνkon got a freekick which was hit by Anthimos Vamvoukas. When Vaggelis Botsis came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Sermenνkon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vaggelis Botsis couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute of the match, Theofilos Kelpekis tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Panos Saitiotis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Iason Kareklopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Sermenνkon booed when Mikron Peristerion BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theofanis Mitropoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute, Iason Kareklopoulos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thomas Bartzos was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After some careless play in the Mikron Peristerion BC defense, Iason Kareklopoulos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomas Bartzos. The Mikron Peristerion BC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomas Bartzos should have stopped the shot. Sermenνkon's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
