Apostolos Kondilis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th match minute, Silver City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apostolos Kondilis to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Alexis Giatridis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glyfáda's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexis Giatridis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nontas Anagnostakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dionysis Prasomouris could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Nontas Anagnostakis made a huge save. Christos Pefanis charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christos Pefanis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Glyfáda getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Christos Pefanis hit a great ball. If Vassilis Trechalidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute Nikolas Stefanopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nontas Anagnostakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nikolas Stefanopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vassilis Trechalidis might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Argyris Vernikos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vassilis Trechalidis ran back to his position shaking his head. Nontas Anagnostakis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nikolas Stefanopoulos's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. When Glyfáda's Nikolas Stefanopoulos in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Silver City's goalie prevented a goal. In the 38th minute, Vassilis Trechalidis made a precise shot to the right of Argyris Vernikos. Glyfáda's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vassilis Trechalidis in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Argyris Vernikos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nontas Anagnostakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustratios Petratos in the 43rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Vassilis Trechalidis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Silver City's supporters rose to their feet, but Vassilis Trechalidis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Argyris Vernikos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th minute, Apostolos Kondilis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nikolas Stefanopoulos to make the kick off. Glyfáda's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Vassilis Trechalidis scored to the left of an out of position Argyris Vernikos, making the score, 1-2. The Silver City fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when Silver City's Vassilis Trechalidis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Antonis Keramidas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Glyfáda's Argyris Vernikos got control of the ball when Vassilis Trechalidis tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 70 minutes, Vassilis Trechalidis made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Glyfáda's Argyris Vernikos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Glyfáda's Akakios Kourelis got a free kick in the 76th minute. Argyris Vernikos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vassilis Trechalidis in the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vassilis Trechalidis in the 79th minute of play forced Glyfáda's goalkeeper Argyris Vernikos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vassilis Trechalidis in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Argyris Vernikos saved Glyfáda from getting behind. Fokas Koskinas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Argyris Vernikos having to make a save. Argyris Vernikos made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Fokas Koskinas sent off a good shot on target. Vassilis Trechalidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Giannis Boulgouras came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Silver City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giannis Boulgouras couldn't finish the play. Nontas Anagnostakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dionysis Prasomouris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikolas Stefanopoulos in the 96th minute of play forced Silver City's goalkeeper Nontas Anagnostakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Silver City left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Glyfáda.
