Fondas Kalathakis's late challenge caught a Patrikαta BC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fondas Kalathakis helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Dhalietαtika's Fondas Kalathakis got a free kick in the 3rd minute. When Grigoris Kafropoulos came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Patrikαta BC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Grigoris Kafropoulos couldn't finish the play. Savas Karagiannakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Minas Maggioros having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Lambros Katsalis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dimitris Kountouroudas. Patrikαta BC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lambros Katsalis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Patrikαta BC's goal looked a bit too open when Fondas Kalathakis came free, but Dimitris Kountouroudas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Minas Maggioros came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Patrikαta BC's Grigoris Kafropoulos. But to his dismay, Grigoris Kafropoulos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A collision led to Patrikαta BC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Savas Karagiannakis hit a great ball. In the 21st minute, Fondas Kalathakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kostas Prokos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Minas Maggioros. Dhalietαtika's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Lambros Katsalis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Dimitris Kountouroudas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kleanthis Perivolakis in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Minas Maggioros, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 33 minutes, Savas Karagiannakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Patrikαta BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Savas Karagiannakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kleanthis Perivolakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dimitris Kountouroudas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kostas Lazarakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Dimitris Kountouroudas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kostas Lazarakis in the 43rd minute of the match. Kleanthis Perivolakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kleanthis Perivolakis struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Minas Maggioros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patrikαta BC. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kleanthis Perivolakis to make the kick off. If Kleanthis Perivolakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lambros Katsalis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Dimitris Kountouroudas made a huge save. In the 60th minute, Savas Karagiannakis made a precise shot to the right of Minas Maggioros. Dhalietαtika's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. 65 minutes into the match, Patrikαta BC's goal looked a bit too open when Fondas Kalathakis came free, but Dimitris Kountouroudas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th play minute Lambros Katsalis came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dimitris Kountouroudas. 2-3. In the 85th minute, Nikos Kostantelos made a precise shot to the right of Minas Maggioros. Dhalietαtika's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-5. After having played for 92 minutes, Kostas Lazarakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dhalietαtika's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kostas Lazarakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kostas Lazarakis in the 94th minute of play forced Patrikαta BC's goalkeeper Dimitris Kountouroudas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dimitris Kountouroudas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kostas Lazarakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Dhalietαtika had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
