Dimitris Kountouroudas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenios Karagiozoglou in the 43rd minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chatziioannou Loukidis was the one to do the kick off. Patrikαta BC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Christodoulos Togias scored to the left of an out of position Dimitris Kountouroudas, making the score, 0-1. Dimitris Kountouroudas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenios Karagiozoglou, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The audience was convinced that Eugenios Karagiozoglou's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dimitris Kountouroudas was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugenios Karagiozoglou got free with Dimitris Kountouroudas in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded Agymnastoi left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Patrikαta BC.
