Spectators: 7471 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 100) Dhalietαtika's Kostas Lazarakis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sakis Xidas charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sakis Xidas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 7 played minutes Dhalietαtika got a freekick which was hit by Sakis Xidas. 10 minutes into the match, Dhalietαtika's goal looked a bit too open when Thymios Nikitopoulos came free, but Minas Maggioros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Iliσfoton's Nikitas Zolotas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Minas Maggioros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Christoforos Stamatis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Minas Maggioros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Kostas Lazarakis kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. If Nikitas Zolotas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thymios Nikitopoulos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Minas Maggioros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Vassilis Atmatzidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kostas Lazarakis in the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Sakis Xidas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute, Nikitas Zolotas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikitas Zolotas in the 36th minute of play forced Dhalietαtika's goalkeeper Minas Maggioros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th match minute, Iliσfoton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thymios Nikitopoulos to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the game, Nikitas Zolotas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Iliσfoton's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dhalietαtika the free kick. The supporters of Dhalietαtika booed when Iliσfoton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikitas Zolotas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th match minute, Dhalietαtika was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fondas Kalathakis to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute Iliσfoton were awarded a corner. Konstantinos Trontzos went to the cornerflag to take it.

The wind increased when Thymios Nikitopoulos made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Sakis Xidas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vassilis Atmatzidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vassilis Atmatzidis came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Dhalietαtika's Kostas Lazarakis. But to his dismay, Kostas Lazarakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Nikitas Zolotas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lambros Katsalis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Vassilis Atmatzidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Minas Maggioros made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Nikitas Zolotas sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Iliσfoton getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Christoforos Stamatis hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nikitas Zolotas got free with Minas Maggioros in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The long shot by Konstantinos Trontzos in the 78th minute really tested Minas Maggioros's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Minas Maggioros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thymios Nikitopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lambros Katsalis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fondas Kalathakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 95 minutes into the match, Dhalietαtika's goalkeeper Minas Maggioros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nikitas Zolotas. Iliσfoton's Nikitas Zolotas got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
