Spectators: 6787 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 0) Telis Chasiotis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 8 played minutes Hounds of justice got a freekick which was hit by Veniamin Chatzakis. 19 minutes into the game, Notis Lalas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Melissia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hounds of justice the free kick. Notis Lalas kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Alexis Giannikos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Nontas Papafanopoulos made a huge save. 24 minutes into the match, Melissia's goal looked a bit too open when Kostas Seletopoulos came free, but Nikos Zacharidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Telis Chasiotis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Hounds of justice's zone, Telis Chasiotis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nontas Papafanopoulos came out of the goal and Telis Chasiotis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nikos Zacharidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zinon Bakalakos in the 30th minute of play. Tilemachos Spinos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Nikos Zacharidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dimosthenis Charakos kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After having played for 38 minutes, Zinon Bakalakos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hounds of justice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zinon Bakalakos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hounds of justice's Tilemachos Spinos got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tilemachos Spinos took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nikos Zacharidis. Nikos Zacharidis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The Melissia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hounds of justice were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zinon Bakalakos was the one to do the kick off. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 52nd minute of the game. One of Melissia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hounds of justice:s goal. The referee gave Hounds of justice a penalty, 53 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Zinon Bakalakos, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Melissia's Nikos Zacharidis. 0-3. In the 57th minute Zinon Bakalakos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikos Zacharidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michalis Lagonikakis kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zinon Bakalakos in the 64th minute of play forced Melissia's goalkeeper Nikos Zacharidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Melissia's Alexis Giannikos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nontas Papafanopoulos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 69th minute Telis Chasiotis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nontas Papafanopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hounds of justice's Nontas Papafanopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Telis Chasiotis in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexis Giannikos in the 74th minute of play forced Hounds of justice's goalkeeper Nontas Papafanopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nikos Zacharidis made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Tilemachos Spinos sent off a good shot on target. Dimosthenis Charakos hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by Melissia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nacho Verdu was slow to take the kick. During this time Hounds of justice's players had a chance to rest. When Michalis Lagonikakis fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Melissia's protests and gave Michalis Lagonikakis a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Melissia getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Michalis Lagonikakis hit a great ball. The audience held their breath when Kostas Seletopoulos in the 92nd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Nikos Zacharidis's left hand side. Notis Lalas got his second yellow card in the match during the 94th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. 97 minutes into the match, Hounds of justice's Tilemachos Spinos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nikos Zacharidis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nontas Papafanopoulos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexis Giannikos went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score.
