If Valentinos Kalogerakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marinos Stabouloglou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fondas Adamatos, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Vassilis Apostolidis took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lakis Pappagiorgas. Xalkida's Marinos Stabouloglou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fondas Adamatos in the 28th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Valentinos Kalogerakos notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Xalkida's Marinos Stabouloglou. Marinos Stabouloglou was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ermis Pachopoulos during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ermis Pachopoulos hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Xalkida's Marinos Stabouloglou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Xalkida from getting a goal against them. Lakis Pappagiorgas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vassilis Apostolidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 44th minute Stefanos Tsouknidas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lakis Pappagiorgas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 played minutes Xalkida got a freekick which was hit by Christos Paschalis. Fondas Adamatos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marinos Stabouloglou having to interfere. A collision led to Xalkida getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Ermis Pachopoulos hit a great ball. Valentinos Kalogerakos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marinos Stabouloglou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentinos Kalogerakos, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Vassilis Apostolidis succeeded in the game's 85th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-2. When Markos Kefaloulis fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Xalkida's protests and gave Markos Kefaloulis a yellow card for diving instead. After 92 played minutes Xalkida got a freekick which was hit by Markos Kefaloulis. Marinos Stabouloglou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fondas Adamatos in the 95th minute of play. Lousιsto BC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
