Kleanthis Valassis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emmanouil Vikatos having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Theagenis Paragas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emmanouil Vikatos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. 21 minutes into the match, Charis Dimakoglou notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Panionios FC's Minas Kakavos. Minas Kakavos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ntinos Boulis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Theagenis Paragas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emmanouil Vikatos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Theagenis Paragas in the 75th minute. When Giannis Persias got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Panionios FC. Sotiris Mitrakis's late challenge caught a Koutoumou Reloaded BC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sotiris Mitrakis helped the player get up and apologised. Theagenis Paragas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emmanouil Vikatos having to interfere. Nikos Kalenteridis charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nikos Kalenteridis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nikos Kalenteridis kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Koutoumou Reloaded BC were victorious despite being under pressure from Panionios FC for much of the match.
